Jennifer Graves Makes Stuff

Jennifer Graves studied Illustration at The School of Visual Arts in NYC. Jennifer started her artistic career illustrating such titles as Robin, Supergirl and Birds of Prey for DC Comics. Her best known work is the action packed Gotham Girls mini series.

Jennifer loves the way comics are about grabbing just the right moment to tell the story and making the most of that moment. After falling head over heels for Hayao Miyazaki’s Kiki’s Delivery Service, she passionately pursued working as a storyboard artist with the intention of exploring the nuances of the moment. She boarded for shows like X-Men: Evolution, Batman, and Family Guy; eventually directing Prime Time animated television for UPN and Fox. Jennifer’s reputation for bringing unexpected heart and a keen eye for detail shows up in fan favorite episodes of American Dad! like Gold Top Nuts and What Great Advancements!

Jennifer’s first narrative, live action short film, Rabbit Rabbit premiered as an official selection of the Oscar qualifying LA Shorts International Film Festival in July 2025. Rabbit Rabbit is currently making the rounds on the festival circuit.
